Mission Statement

As a symbol of Unity and Oneness during these troubled times of religious separation, judgment and war, it is my intention that these Sufi Prayer Flags and Banners represent the holiness and sacredness of Islam.  Bringing forth prayers and blessings of Peace, Love, Mercy, Compassion and Beauty to our world.  Amongst the followers of Islam, may these Flags and Banners represent the inspiration of enduring faith and hope, sepecially during the challenging times on our planet, and in our lives.  

 

The business "Sufi Prayer Flags" is located in Hawaii,
on the beautiful Island of Maui.

Victoria Rahmana Sikirdji, the owner of Sufi Prayer Flags, has been on a Sufi Path for 24 years.  She is sourced in the Shadhuliyyah Sufi Tradition, and is a Whirling Dervish in the Mevlevi Order of America.  It was through her devotion of the teachings of Islam, the Grace of Divine Inspiration, and her captivation with the beauty of Arabic Calligraphy and Islamic Art, that these Flag and Banner designs were brought into fruition.  Victoria Rahmana has been a practicing herbalist for the past 10 years, and is trained in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  In addition to this business, she has created an exquisite line of Perfumes made from the finest and purest essential oils from around the world. 

This business would not be possible if it weren't for the support and effort of Solomon Sikirdji, who is a 28-year resident of Maui, Hawaii, and has followed the Sufi path since his initiation with Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan in 1980.  Currently he is active with Sufi Ruhaniat In'tl.  An important element of his Sufi path has included the co-creation of the popular biannual Sufi camps held on Maui since 1984.  Solomon is CEO of Heart of the Jungle, Inc., his import and design company that has been doing business in Bali for 16 years.  He produces hand-painted batik sarongs, wall hangings, sheets, silk kimonos, scarves, men and women's clothing and more. Since its inception he has based his business on offering exceptional quality, unique designs and affordability.  His latest endeavor is offering guided journeys to the astonishingly beautiful and mystical Island of Bali. 

We have done our best to be in the proper Adab (polite respect) in the creation of these Flags and Banners.  In that light we have received the blessings of our Sufi Guides and Teachers:
